First, a potential job opportunity. I know these guys well and think they’re super smart. Very interesting role:
CCUR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its team as an investment analyst. This role will be primarily focused on public markets with a generalist emphasis, but will also have the chance to look at opportunistic investments across private markets and real estate. The ideal candidate will have several years of public markets experience in equities and/or fixed income, with some exposure to private investing seen as a plus. Reporting directly to senior management, this position will require a solid understanding of capital markets and financial modeling, as well as the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex financial situations. The company is based in Austin, TX, but we offer a flexible work option that includes offices in CO, FL, NJ and NYC, and a remote work option. Summer internships will also be considered.
Please reach out via email and I can forward your resume along.
Enjoy!
